Work in Pidilite is not easy, More jobs come every 3 months, but our expenses are very low. I am a national award from 2022-2023 yet the company did not treat me properly.

Some bogus managers hired by company. Now bar for employees u just have to selu Any graduate can join no need of education in this company it's good for eating 30 k 35 k if your living in local. Ta da is like company doing aehassan on you. Incentives company don't want you to take.

There is an extreme bootlicker culture, only those who are Yes Sir types are preferred by the management irrespective if they are right or not. Multiple organizational changes, high attrition, careless HR, no talent management, incorrect hiring on higher positions and preference of having weak leaders.
