South work culture or attitude is not encouraging to serve long term in the organisation. The leadership team at south has to start learning how to treat the employees so that employees stay motivated and serve for long term.

Company is loosing is market for its own senior management, The people seating in Guwahati they are making worse for company,they are making direct party,rural,urban,store in same area & rates are different so Havells is competing with there own brand , the others company are growing in this scenario. Such dum senior management controlling northeast.

Havells name is a very big brand in india and other country. It's every products is well and good. Either product domestic and commercial.

Havells is a very good brand as I tell above. There is no security with job . Work pressure is very high . Work load is very high. No excuse will be taken of the employees side.

Company work culture has been hampered because of multi lateral working scenarios.. Trade retail mentality of top management hampering project business. Undue pressure in system exhibited by Managers and language is not so good. Despite complaint nobody will take stand against rogue/ rough behaviour.

Company policies are very good and employee can do work for so many years.. Management will listen and help for ground level problems and activities.. As an employee we can assure to channel partners for their future business growth. Overall well organised and focused company on their visions. And company will involve employees too..

Only one I don’t like is that company will spend lakhs of amount for market activities. But zonal business head don’t have any budget to engage the team or other activities.. All financial matters taken care by head office only.

Hardly anything Good in Havells. Very BAD WORKING Culture.

Very BAD Working Culture. Full of Harassment & Constant torture of Team members at all levels by Seniors. My Family (Wife & Kids) almost in depression seeing me depressed. I almost decided to quit without having Job even being single earning. Fortunately got timely job offer & Get rid of Havells.

I was never seen such a worst work culture in my 2 decades of career. I am surprised to see this company got certified as Great Place to Work. Either their selection criteria is wrong or they paid off well to get certified. Too bad
