Slow growth, leaders demotivate instead motivate the employee, he should show him the direction in where he is lagging behind and plan to improvise. instead of pointing out the mistakes and brag about it. Work load is heavy sometimes weekends goes by doing work though it is not appreciated when it comes to hike, Grading system is the worst when it comes to promotion if an employee is capable of doing things above 2 grades up he is not eligible to do so because of the grading system he can only take one step at a time. This tends many employees to leave the organisation if he/she wants to excel in his career and look for other opportunities. Daily allowance is very low the organisation should match with the inflation rate when it comes to deciding the daily allowance it doesn't works out for an employee.
