There's nothing to like about this company at all. It is a lala company with terrible people in top management.

To begin with this company has a pathetic working culture with zero focus on employee's well being. There is no cashless insurance and the reason given by them for that is that employees sometimes claim huge amount and go to costliest hospitals. This is their mentality. Then there is just too much micromanagement which absolutely kills any motivation you have. I have not met a single person in last 1 year who is not looking for a change. They promise something else in the interviews and deliver something else. If you are joining for Mumbai location, please do not assume their office is near metro...it is under going construction and they do not even bother to inform you. You'll have to travel further into Andheri which will eat up your 40-45 mins extra. Luckily, we just have to travel occasionally there. Also, you'll end with more than promised, not salary but workload and they are not respectful about that..they simply ask...so you won't do it? Lastly, if you are joining organized retail, just don't, take my advice just block them. This dept does not have leaders but sick minded managers (diff between managers and leaders). So unless you want to ruin your helath, work life balance, and everything, just do not join....Read More
