I did not like some office politics with like cast behavior. Promotion some one gets very earlier and someone not gets after many years of working. Salary structure is very poor

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.

Everything. People only try to fulfil their KPIs without thinking about overall benefit even at higher levels. Company does not care about the employees. They are just mere servants for them. If you are joining in mid of the business cycle, forget about leaves, variable pay, increment. In the 1st year they do not provide a single leave to you.
