Nothing to like about the school, other than cooperative and helpful teachers.

Dislikes

Salary and work life balance They expect you to work on Sundays also and after school hours but won't pay an extra penny for it.

- Salaries are good, came on time, - Free food and transport, - Some colleagues were ‘humane’ and ‘empathetic’

Dislikes

- Leadership is pathetic! Egoistic, rude, treats teachers like children- screams and makes them cry! No respect! Lot of Favouritism! (The non teaching staff is more respectful to teachers than leader) - ZERO work-life balance! Teachers expected to work 24*7! Pick up calls, answer mails till midnight, and beyond or get called out on the whatsapp group! (We are teachers! Not Doctors/National Security Personnel where its a life and death question! for god’s sake!) - Holidays keep reducing each year! - Workload hectic for teachers and students (parents appalled too) Unrealistic deadlines, unorganised, no professionalism! - The only answer and remedy for all ills at this school is a good salary! Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
