- Salaries are good, came on time, - Free food and transport, - Some colleagues were ‘humane’ and ‘empathetic’

Dislikes

- Leadership is pathetic! Egoistic, rude, treats teachers like children- screams and makes them cry! No respect! Lot of Favouritism! (The non teaching staff is more respectful to teachers than leader) - ZERO work-life balance! Teachers expected to work 24*7! Pick up calls, answer mails till midnight, and beyond or get called out on the whatsapp group! (We are teachers! Not Doctors/National Security Personnel where its a life and death question! for god’s sake!) - Holidays keep reducing each year! - Workload hectic for teachers and students (parents appalled too) Unrealistic deadlines, unorganised, no professionalism! - The only answer and remedy for all ills at this school is a good salary!
