Initially when you are joining, they all pretend as though it's a great place to work and grow, but they show the real face after you join. My manager knows nothing but to micro monitor over petty things, she doesn't know to make use of the employee skill and extract work from them, rather she prefers to give work that is mundane and irrelevant to the employee's role. They extract all the work from you and give no compensation for it, this is the first ever management where they don't want to know about your performance and they decide the numbers for you and just come and inform, this is your appraisal. Poor management, The leaders have no empathy and are disrespectful. They have been with the company for a long time and have taken advantage of their positions. There is no work-life balance, and they will openly tell you that you need to work 24/7, including weekends. You won’t have opportunities to learn new things. This company should be your last resort—ignore it if you can.
