No job security, no Salary date, Salary comes 10th to 20th date, no proper system, work just like accountant kabi Civil engg bn jata hai tou kabi IT team ko Admin ka work de dete hai. Kisi ko kuch bi kaam de dete hai. Bills 2 saal se clear nhi hai. Yaha ake fas jao ge aur fir nikalna mushkil ho jaye ga. So don't come.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
