Hr in corporate specially hrbp thinks that they are running the company but in reality they are just ruining it. HR Is for the people but in Piaggio HR is arrogant as if they are responsible for the production. They are not just a cost center they are the liability for the company. Coming back to the culture at plant level hrbp there I'm nt naming a person the person who is reading this will know. Kunwe k mendak hai sab k sab. A talented resource is just a threat to them instead of nurturing them they do the opposite. In short if you are from Pune/baramati and is not willing to leave your city/town like these idiots then this is a place for you. No growth nothing positive to say about this company....Read More
