Never felt like i am actually the part of the Organisation. Spend 2.5 years working independently without fail and in return I was given an extension. Neither happy not satisfied. I am happy only the 7th of every month when I get my salary.

Don't have very good environment for the job.

Dislikes

Top level management people doesn't treat other employees in a good way. There is so much gap between top level people and other people. Also company recrutes fresh graduates (engineer/diploma level) on a very low pay scale and throw them after completion of their trainee period, 1 year for engineer and 3 year for diploma. And againrecruites fresher graduates for the same work. Doesn't care future of such people. Also doesn't give training or skill development program to the employee but except very much results from them. There is no any rewards to the employee. All the credit taken by the top level people. Also there is very less increment given to the employee. Even after 1 year completion there is no any increment we have to wait for 2 year for the first increment which is also very much less as compared to other companies....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
