PI's impetus in R&D is highly appreciated and the sprawling and state-of-the-art R&D centre at UDR is testimony to that.

Dislikes

Science has not achieved as much as the management would have aspired due to local employees lobbying and not the right set of people working on key accounts. Variable pay compensation is poorly represented

Micromanaged by higher leaders, managers Old employees are kept aside with no appreciation to work. Promotion is biased every year. Politics is more preferable than working here
