Company and leaders are good as performing well will lead you towards growth and new opportunities, also if you're going for counselling profile you have a high earning chances based on your incentive criteria.

Dislikes

The most thing I personally dislike in PW is work life balance, in season from December to July you'll have to extend for more 2 hrs it means total 10-11 hrs... Also there's a lots of politics internally due to Byjus members dictatorship.

Good company to work If you work in sales and marketing.than definitely will be sales pressures. Same applies to PW. Salary on time. Nothing good to write here

No work life balance. You have to work atleast 11-12 hrs daily. Company provide 2 leave per month. But you able to compensate it. There is no timing and schedule for marketing team. You might need to come on the field by 8 AM and I'll get free by evening by 8 PM

The pm and product cycle culture is not established there which causes rushed uninformed decisions to take place just because of some people who created this bad culture entire team has to suffered the consecuences for it
