Upper management consider this company of their own forefathers. They completely work on dictatorship. When we share anonymous manger feedback,no action has been taken ,while associate level Employee makes any mistake it can lead to layoff of PIP.They force you to work on that vertical which is not even mentioned in your JD or even told while joining.
