If I had to mention something, it would be the occasional challenges that come with rapid growth, such as managing workloads during peak periods. No work life balance. You have to work atleast 11-12 hrs daily. Company provide 2 leave per month. But you able to compensate it. There is no timing and schedule for marketing team. You might need to come on the field by 8 AM and I'll get free by evening by 8 PM
