I am working at a franchise which I didn't knew earlier. I thought its as one of pw branch the working atmosphere I getting here is worst. No work life balance. Except salary I am not getting anything basic aminities like wifi leave. It's a job of 9 hrs 30 min except Sundays. Even I don't even get sick leave. We are not even provided a clean ventilated space for lunch. I am working for my basic needs but I can't have that peacefully.I thought I am connected to pw but when we asked help from pw they said we can't interfere in franchise. i didn't get my offer letter no salary account no salary receipt. Yes I am working in pw from last 6 months but I don't have any proof. I feeling very disappointed to say that pw don't care about their faculties....Read More

I am working at a franchise which I didn't knew earlier. I thought it as one of pw branch. The working atmosphere I am getting here is worst. No work life balance. Except salary I am not getting anything even basic aminities like wifi clean ventilated rooms leave lunch space or breaks. It's a full time job with 9hrs 30 mins except Sundays. No casual leave sick leave earning leave nothing. But they deduct amount of Sunday if you took leave for 3 days. Even if you are sick in case of any emergency there is no leave , no half day they will deduct one day amount. We are not even provided with a clean ventilated space for lunch. Everyone is working for their basic need but I am sorry to say it's not worth. I thought I am connected to pw but when I asked them for help they said we can't interfere in case of frenchisey. I didn't get my joining letter no salary account no salary receipt. Yes I am working in pw from last 6 months but I don't have any proof. I liked the job security and benefits of the company.

There is no connection with the team, they don't listen to your requests, and there is no work-life balance due to frequent job timing changes. They would ask not to take leaves even though they are allotted every month.

Now the management is totally worst not even that people are taking advantage of their postion and showing their personal grudges on those people's who are working honestly and pressurized to resign them too much politics and poor management specially our center head he has no ability to take decision mindfully no ethics no professionalism and showing his immature behaviour in sense of personal grudges and shouting people in front of everyone too much harassment by him and no one is there to take actions against him feeling so helpless I need to hide myself otherwise he will take grudges of these reviews as well....Read More

The pm and product cycle culture is not established there which causes rushed uninformed decisions to take place just because of some people who created this bad culture entire team has to suffered the consecuences for it

Rushed process, no established hierarchy, favouritism in the office and office politics gets you frustrated, some people especially in product have no skill set and just micromanaged people to feel fulfilled

- Running things according to one's own will in the company by CH/BH, Ahmedabad. -If referring to preventing faculty or team members from making necessary changes or improvement in teaching or any other they not allowing. 1. No work life balance (9-10 hours minimum) 2. No proper payout (25K) 3. Being inhouse no promotions from past 2.5 years. 4. Fake promises over work, promotions and hike. 5. Managers working in online counseling are less talented than associates, they don't know anything and useless as most of the teams running without pilot. 6. If you ask for promotion aur upgrade they will transfer you to multiple departments and again other team treats you like fresher. 7. FAKE WARNINGS in the name of ZTP. Zero growth especially in online counseling only bulshit they can give. And during appraisal they said because of xyz reason they cannot give any appraisal so manage or leave company....Read More
