As a Fresher it is quite challenging if it's your first job. But then we intend towards learning and exploring. They let us meet many new techniques after that we have to be on our own. All it needs is personal proactiveness. And if it's on a small scale then it is quite obvious you can't expand.

Dislikes

The work policy. You just cant bring any innovation if you are a fresher even if you are aware how it should be. With my case it was a complete dominance by the team leader. He didn't gave us the liberty or freedom to think on our own. All he wanted us to think and do all the work according to the criteria he has developed. And if we ever tried to go out his limits he used to panic or took us to the manager. All the silly things he could do to us if we dare to step out. You aren't allowed to make even a simple mistake even if it is out of the fluctuating instructions. You have to cope up within minutes. Hell lot of pressure....Read More
