if you are skilled you could make a change. But if you are required they will see to that you don't move.

Dislikes

Everything. People are not trained. Less salary for the amount of work done. No proper interview. New candidates interviewing people. Politics. Highly partial. Due recognition not given. Colleague, random persons words taken wiothout proper investigation. Even managers fear tech architect. Some managers are also worthless. In shortlife is hell. I had one hell of an experience. Needs a complete management overhaul....Read More

Exciting work made complicated through stifling of knowledge. Inaction and in competance of management.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
