Worst company I have ever seen. They will release the offer and at the date of joining, they will ask us to return back by saying silly reasons. Don't ever accept the Photon's offer, Even if you accept, Don't prefer to join this company. They will play a nice game in your career if you think to join this company.

I like my job very much. I learn how to maintain and manage the account. Other people with me are helpful. We work and have fun also. I like the office env. Thanks for giving me a job. I actually needed it very much.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
