- dirty politics both from India and US end - long working hours - discrimination is applied only for India people - no appraisal if you against the leadership and may lead to add you performance improvements ( so if leadership say 2 + 2= 6 you have to agree on it) - technology stack is still outdated and you will get just hopes in one quarter as a POC. Actual implementation won't happen.

Writing this genuine comment from heart- consider this as Genuine SAP Folks voice (excluding Show off people) 1. Amazon fellows occupied upper level management position. Domination to the higher extent without SAP knowledge. Destroyed SAP US Payroll Implementation. 2. ABAP Team senior manager - GOVINDARASU (chennai team) not at all having 0.1% SAP Basic and screen level knowledge. We pushed into mental pressure, health problems because of this guy and complete EBS management. 3. Knowledge and skills not at all required to survey here. If you okay to say “Yes” to Senior Director( RAMALINGAM THARAKKAD), then congrats, you are the personal assistant to him. 4. 70% of engineers are following Point 3 by losing their real dignity, honour and respect. Feel shame for them. 5. US company / US Team converted into “Factory Team” because of mentioned 4 points. Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.
