1.Top management is not ready to accept the market realities and consider competition 2. Revenue Generation products are totally are not worth it and are just imposed to be sold 2. Micromanagement is to such an extent that sales people are tracked throughout the day with the help of an app 3. No strategies are in place, people of the regional manager level ask to achieve the target by Hook or Crook, seriously? 4.
