I have worked with cluster manager sugumar team, he is just like a tharkuri fellow, who don't have a knowledge about team handling and skills upgrading.. He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others.
