I used to like hybrid work(3 days/week). Used to like the flexibility and internal movement opportunities.
Consistent push to come to office for more than 3 days. No skill development, only on the job learning. No global site exposure. Relocation is also not available nowadays to move to sites outside India. Fear of job security is seen owing to business conditions.

Although I have received best awards for my work many times, it is my satisfaction to give it. The rest of me with less experience was hired at a higher salary and I was working in a much less salary job. I was forced to quit my job.

Philips is not doing well after the loss and billion dollar suite. Join on your own risk. Initial pay is good and no hikes there after. Now a new lawsuit in UK also . Don't know wat happens now . Some senior architects expect us to get results which they know although there are may different approaches.
