Because Salary wasn't increased in my 5 years experience. I was tired of telling my senior officer. But no one paid any attention to me. Although I have received best awards for my work many times, it is my satisfaction to give it. The rest of me with less experience was hired at a higher salary and I was working in a much less salary job. I was forced to quit my job.

Philips is not doing well after the loss and billion dollar suite. Join on your own risk. Initial pay is good and no hikes there after. Now a new lawsuit in UK also . Don't know wat happens now . Some senior architects expect us to get results which they know although there are may different approaches.
