Good work life balance. Opportunity to grow laterally as well as vertically. Hybrid working options. Good insurance coverage.

Dislikes

Depending on team, some office politics could be there. HR should be more powerful in employee related matters and not fall back upon the ops management.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
