This was my 5 years experience of Philips personal care as a brand promoter. It was good experience in 5 years. But I always disappoint for my salary. Because, Salary was not increased in 5 years and nothing appraisal

Because Salary wasn't increased in my 5 years experience. I was tired of telling my senior officer. But no one paid any attention to me. Although I have received best awards for my work many times, it is my satisfaction to give it. The rest of me with less experience was hired at a higher salary and I was working in a much less salary job. I was forced to quit my job.

No Work life balance, no good / healthy working environment, always cab and food are issue. (Own transport and Own food is better option), career growth are least considered and no much new learnings either tool or in process.

I used to like hybrid work(3 days/week). Used to like the flexibility and internal movement opportunities.

Dislikes

Consistent push to come to office for more than 3 days. No skill development, only on the job learning. No global site exposure. Relocation is also not available nowadays to move to sites outside India. Fear of job security is seen owing to business conditions.

Skill and performance is not the priority for promotion or increments, it depends highly upon bosses liking. No clear goals and work packages are defined, so performance ratings is again depends on boss favours. Increment doesn’t beat inflation. System always in support of bosses in any case. It was a good company earlier not now

Philips is not doing well after the loss and billion dollar suite. Join on your own risk. Initial pay is good and no hikes there after. Now a new lawsuit in UK also . Don't know wat happens now . Some senior architects expect us to get results which they know although there are may different approaches.

Philips is a good and best company, that problem was distributers side is problem and distributor signate electrical guntur this is not supporting and haras the employee and he is credit note is not paid and and distributor is blockmailed the employees, Philips is all most support the employee, but distributer side is problem
