This was my 5 years experience of Philips personal care as a brand promoter. It was good experience in 5 years. But I always disappoint for my salary. Because, Salary was not increased in 5 years and nothing appraisal
Because Salary wasn't increased in my 5 years experience. I was tired of telling my senior officer. But no one paid any attention to me. Although I have received best awards for my work many times, it is my satisfaction to give it. The rest of me with less experience was hired at a higher salary and I was working in a much less salary job. I was forced to quit my job.
