Pathetic work culture, HR does not take any action even after employees complain.Annual appraisal is totally dependant on wims and fancy of senior. Would not recommend anyone to join. Because Salary wasn't increased in my 5 years experience. I was tired of telling my senior officer. But no one paid any attention to me. Although I have received best awards for my work many times, it is my satisfaction to give it. The rest of me with less experience was hired at a higher salary and I was working in a much less salary job. I was forced to quit my job.
