Work life balance for some projects. Flexible work timings. I would say it was a good company to work for,but now it is getting worse day by day.

Promotions and appraisals are worst. Philips is going through a bad phase Senior management is directionless No innovation and innovative talks are entertained. Job security is less now.As CEO announced to fire 10k across the world in 3 years.

1) No job security, and for new joiners it’s difficult survive. 2) There is no KT fro new joiners you always have to struggle 3) they are using outdated technologies and lots of issues in product 4) No hike 3%,4% 5) it’s kind of startup environment

0% Job security. Always Lay-offs in every business units to make profit. Technology wise philips is very far compared to other competitors . They are failing to make a foot print for most of the healthcare products other than Uk, Brazil and few others.

HR doesn't care about employees, nobody is bothered about employee well being. They are only promoting LGBTQ+ initiatives.

Some teams don't have micromanagement . Internal team pay and wlb is better than people working for Business

Company culture drastically changed after the company suffered a huge loss . Micromanagement culture has started and it's impacting the productivity. Dont expect a good single digit hike also till the company becomes stable .

It will provide you good work life balance. Most teams have a good mix of architects, senior developers and freshers, hence it provides a good environment of learning.

Dislikes

The pay is very average compared to other good MNCs and tech companies. The average age of employees might be somewhere in the range of 35-40. This is pretty old for a tech company. There are a lot of positions which the company can do without and hire good problem solvers instead.
