People are very unprofessional. That's the worst thing ever in any organization. Some people directly take names and blame people even if they are not the reporting manager but working since 5 years made them feel like they have all the rights! Before joining it was confirmed to me that Sat & Sun are fixed off but later on I worked every Saturday till late evening still I got rude comments that what I did !! being a recruiter doesn't mean anyone can say anything about you, we also have a personal life and self respect.
