They laid off suddenly with out any prior information and they are not agreeing to pay the variables which they promised to pay after the completion of 1 year. No increment, pathetic experience not at all recommended.

Nothing to like about I was been employed for a month Was been told to travel everyday around 70 to 80 kms and go back home and sent reports Every company has a training period of 2 months I was been layed off within a month saying not fit

Everything was a big zero New manager from a different state did not know anything about Mumbai He used to tell me to travel different cluster ie Navi Mumbai to Bhiwandi to Chembur in a day.

Lack of ownership on leadership side, no attempt to streamline process or reduce development effort. No attempt to document functionality or technical details of any product. Lots of penny pinching on benefits. Some teams have lots of micro management. Company is dying a slow death, very few new joinees and barely replaced employeeswho leave.. - toxic work environment - hell lot of work pressure - full of politics and favouritism - worst manager behaviours (managers are complete trouble) - 0 job security (research previously worked employees & news) - worst management with unrealistic expectations - team politics - constant layoffs and hirings because of work culture - extremely poor work system
