During my 6 months of experience with PharmEasy, I did not find anything that I liked

People are very unprofessional. That's the worst thing ever in any organization. Some people directly take names and blame people even if they are not the reporting manager but working since 5 years made them feel like they have all the rights! Before joining it was confirmed to me that Sat & Sun are fixed off but later on I worked every Saturday till late evening still I got rude comments that what I did !! being a recruiter doesn't mean anyone can say anything about you, we also have a personal life and self respect. I resigned immediately after my probation. May be in the future if Management changes then the work culture would be better. I highly do not recommend PharmEasy!...Read More

- toxic work environment - hell lot of work pressure - full of politics and favouritism - worst manager behaviours (managers are complete trouble) - 0 job security (research previously worked employees & news) - worst management with unrealistic expectations - team politics - constant layoffs and hirings because of work culture - extremely poor work system
