Lack of ownership on leadership side, no attempt to streamline process or reduce development effort. No attempt to document functionality or technical details of any product. Lots of penny pinching on benefits. Some teams have lots of micro management. Company is dying a slow death, very few new joinees and barely replaced employeeswho leave..
