management is good but they don’t know anything about the industry.

Dislikes

Company hired inexperienced employees in the head office. Their decisions are not up to the mark to improve sales. Product does not have enough backup ( studies are in small populations, Even though it’s a U.S. Company, USFDA is not approved their product.

Work life is very hectic! Field staff are forced to share their Live location in morning and the evening!! Weekly meeting starts at 8:30 PM and lasts up to 11 PM!!
