New management has been pathetic overall, Don't have trust in their own team, they would rather trust 3rd party people. Promoting wrong people, Ego games, and No business acumen to deal with real problems, rather being dependent on somebody to figure out the problem instead of guiding an organization through vision. Not a good company to grow. You will be thrown under the bus every time.
