EVERYTHING, you name it. 1. culture is rotten, HRs are useless 2. working hours are brutal, no respect for employee's personal space or sick day they will call you even if you are in a hospital 3. Absolutely no scope of learning, noone competent can validate your work. You will not get to learn anything at all, no proper growth path 4.
