Yes Collaboration with the team. I am good at collaborating with the team, have exceptional organizational skills, and have Good motivation. I am a self-motivated person. While working if I am getting any type of problem or stress I can handle and also motivate myself and also my team members. I am good at communicating with others. These are some of my key skills. And I have 3 Years of Work Experience as an Ayush Ministry (SRP Project).in this project. I work as a data analyst. And also I have done some work in the lab. Helping the doctor while they are chacking up the patient and writing down the data on a sheet. Which type of medication we are giving to the patient and other details. I have to verify these detail with the doctor. Making the report annual and monthly. After that, I have to transfer this data to the head office in Delhi. With the help of this data, they print the research book in the name of my team. with the help of teams, we go to the village area where we have to make free health check-up camp. The name of this program was SRP (Swath rakshan Program). some times we have to visit door to door for govt. survey. like which type of health problem they are facing and giving them medication according to that problem or disease. and if someone is facing a serious disease then provide them proper treatment in the hospital and make a report on that. One year of Work Experience as a Lab assistant. as a lab assistant, I work on sterilization. and I have worked on one more Kumbh Welfare govt project where I have to collect the data on which type of patients we are getting and what type of problem is patient-facing and what type of medicine we are giving to them. And also I have worked at National Arogya Fair (FICCI) in this welfare I have to work with the scientist. I have interested in the research field and management of the data and management of the medication .
