There was no any thing which I liked while working in C&P furnace.

Manager work like operator & shift supervisor. The new employees most of the times getting below target grade. Mr. Uday Singh (ISM) are worst in all aspects. Mr.RKC has made one man show. Lots of informer associated with Mr RKC who pass very irrilivent things about others and he entertain it a lot. Dirty politics are there to welcome you with full open arm.

I like one thing in PGP GLASS that give full opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge about machines and there working process.

Dislikes

Not like in PGP that behaviour of the manpower is not good, politics too much in every department, people not judge to other people for working experience and working knowledge, chamchagiri is too high.
