Work culture was good, however now over ambitious managers build up lot of pressure to impress their superior.

Dislikes

Nepotism and favoritism is quite prevalent, here DM can become RBM if someone wants to bring his/her favorite.

Work Details

Work life for office people is good as they work from home, however sales guys have to work on field in covid times with less petrol allowances.
