job security is good...work culture of this company is good....u hv the full right to do whatever u want to do but with limits...company policies are good....but talking about management is so so. but overall it was a good company

Dislikes

teammates are good but politics are everywhere like any other companies and lastly salary/appraisal is good for those who are good for oiling their seniors or higher authority.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
