Compare to direct employees, secondment employees will not get much benefits. Will not get proper response from Admin team and their mobilization is also not upto thier standard, instead of booking from nearest airport they will ask us to travel additional 4 to 8 hrs to reduce flight cost. I worked in 2 projects. Both were extreme opposite ends in all the ways... So the like in the good one was team work and support within team. Even not much of management level support 1 project was finished neatly.

Dislikes

1 project was totally a disaster. A small one which made complicated with out proper plan and team work. Moreover nowadays Petrofac depends on supply team for manpower support which compromise quality to a great extend...

What I dont like is the hiring system even that you are already in and passed the indian national inside still trying to stop you to coming in, if your european manager not follow up, you will never ever step in inside the company summary the indian people want to monopoly inside that company.
