My department seniors are friendly. The company takes care of the travel and accomodation if they are sending you on duty.

A very dynamic company and they never keep up their promises. They have so falled cancelled 2 increments for us. They treat indian offices as cheap labor to completed their all engineering work.There is no worklife balance. They agree to the client that they will complete the project in 12 which might actually require 24 months and torture the employees to work 15 to 16 hours a day and even on weekends.The increment provided is also very less and the salary paid is less compated to sharjah office while most of the work is done in indian offices . Taking leave is also very difficult ....Read More
