They train you for the job.Management is good as far as you learn.There is good team management when work is concerned.

If you are working overtime,you do not get paid for that.Also there is no salary hike for working for 5 years which is disappointing.Only seniors are praised and hike is given whereas new joinees are ignored.

There is no appraisal or salary hike which is most important in today's inflation.Work culture and people are good.Higher authority management does not have any humanity or value their employees, if it was present they would have looked upto employees needs and increased their salary.The sad part is that employees work continuously every day as if its not an organisation but a social service job.

M.walshe is a royal princess organization which is build through fumigation profitable money. However it's been awhile i was working there for 2.5 years, but the reasons for i resign there Management systems, poor salaray scale, BM negative altitude.
