For working person, this company is not good, no skill develop , no training program, no work on employee employer relationship and many more.....

Nothing is good in this company, no policy define anytime the policy change as per there mood you may say the policy is vary person to person ( if they are close one). No qualification requirements here , as much you do bettering to management as much you get appraisal.If the management is of your same home town and if some how you find some relation then you are gold digger.Much more to share but every thing is not able to written. Last but not least if anyhow you join Perto India Pvt Ltd , and you want to resign from here they not release you , they created more dramatic environment , they take full 3 month salary (CTC ) , they not clear your F&F. 🙏🙏 Don't join this company if you want to grow in your field....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
