I worked here in o&m. Plant: Energy centre, Patalganga, petro), MIDC, Navi-Mumbai Management is good but plant level micro-management is totally disappointing. Production manager Mr. Prerak Trivedi is main culprit & he has spoiled work culture making toxic work place. His intentions to create controversy & disputes has killed morale of employees. He targets particular persons not supporting his dirty politics & create trouble for them to survive. Site has suffered a lot due to his behaviour. Lack of clarity & over pressurising subordinates has created severe incidents. Few incidents are highlighted promptly as well as few are hidden by misguiding central investigation team. Employees are being threatened by MR. Prerak trivedi to expose ground realities against higher management. Being one of the biggest refinery in India, they have world class equipment operation and maintenance standards which is followed rigorously. They prioritize safety over everything and every small world in plant is carried out follow strict SOP or SMP.

Dislikes

Work culture is quite toxic. The managers are quick to overburden you with responsibilities and tasks and even quicker to pin the blame in case anything goes wrong. There is always so much pressure to handle so kuch work load with less manpower. The management spends more time on meetings than on ground and if anything doesn't go inaccordance to their plan, they will pin all the blame on you regardless of how many jobs you are handling at the same time....Read More

Working at reliance is good experience due to seamless process and work satisfaction is also good, gives all benefit like Accommodation and canteen food at less rate. Staff of company have positive attitude and give support at work

Less recognition and company hires employees on fixed term basis even you have all skills so no job security is there.
