As growing company it's good but management is different project wise. Some are toxic and some are cool.

Dislikes

No Proper appraisal, no work life balance left. No job security left. Just work or get ready to layoff. Why to come to office if you have to work 12 hrs a day.

The only good thing in Persistent Systems is the wfh flexibility but you have to pay the price for that.

I cant mention 1 or 2 things because everything is bad in this company. Your career depends upon your lead/manager who are good for nothing. Whenever you gets stuck at something you will be asked to do it but at the same time your so called technical lead womt help you and ask you to Google it. You will not get any help on anything but your appraisal will be done on 1 or 2 mistakes which you have done in the complete appraisal cycle irrespective of 1000 good works you have done</mark>....Read More

Few years before (i.e. in 2016) Persistent were firing employees if they don't get project in one month and also it was difficult to get project at that time. Currently situation seems to be not that much bad. Salary/appraisal better than Infy/TCS/Wipro but less than those of product companies. Persistent is between Service Companyand product company.
