there is too much of politics and favoritism. Unworthy and unskilled people are positioned on manager rolls who do nothing but gimmicks. People manager manipulate others to do all the hard work and take all the credit for themselves. Other few issues as - 1. it is a 3rd party tie up company where is no support. 2. Managers force you to report false results and when caught put all the blame on you. 3. No chances of promotion until you make your managers happy by worship him. 4. No skill upgradation or career growth. 5. No work life balance- 10 hours job 6. Plant locations are very far from city- High commute time 7. No support from management. 8. 1) Increment on Basic and not on CTC. 2) Technologically far behind. 3) Third party sites lacks Basic infrastructure and still management wants to acheive results in every aspect. 4) You need to deal with unskilled manpower who doesn't even know to read, write. (May vary location wise) 5) Increment for current year given to only selected candidates. Does it mean others didn't work for whole year? A big unanswered question. 6) Knowledge level of some manager's is below average still they are there just on the basis of years they served. 7) Some manager's don't even appreciate your new intiatives. If you are getting a chance to work in QA and you are from Beverage MNC don't waste your time, search for some better option....Read More
