there is too much of politics and favoritism. Unworthy and unskilled people are positioned on manager rolls who do nothing but gimmicks. People manager manipulate others to do all the hard work and take all the credit for themselves. Other few issues as - 1. it is a 3rd party tie up company where is no support. 2. Managers force you to report false results and when caught put all the blame on you. 3. No chances of promotion until you make your managers happy by worship him. 4. No skill upgradation or career growth. 5. No work life balance- 10 hours job 6. Plant locations are very far from city- High commute time 7. No support from management. 8.
