It's a great fintech company making banking applications. It has grown and grown and has become a unicorn now. I personally worked on the account aggregator team. All my colleagues were very supportive and it was never hectic for me to work in that environment.

When i joined, for 2 months it was good culture, but when the management changed it all become worse.. Now most of the employees want to switch their job.
