Dislikes

One thing I would like to improve at Perficient will be reducing the bench time for new joinees. Also, retaining the employees over the projects for longer duration and avoiding the bench time for them.

I get to enjoy my work life at perficient. I get to learn and train my team members about the new skills, improve myself on all possible angles, have knowledge sharing sessions with my team and sometimes with other teams as well.

1) No work-life balance. 2) If you don't have experience in a technology that your joining for then please don't join. They just give you the time to learn that skill and once it is completed then their expectation will be very high. And unfortunately, if your output is not as per THEIR standards then you are not a good resource. They don't waste time in providing training if anyhow they provide then it will not be sufficient to perform your job, it is just for formalities. 3) No KT is given when shifted to a new project, self-learn as you go. 4) If you are not a billable resource then be ready to be getting fired. 5) People working here from a very long time are boss here they control everything here....Read More
