They can make own personal rules and it will changes in a minutes everyday and time. there is not of job security they can fire any time..without any reason...Don't join this company if you want your skill development/Learning something new..they are working only make copy and paste work....if have a question in your mind and you want to ask. they will said we will discuss on next week...but every next week will not come on time..So Please set in your mind if you join any company first you need to ask about policy and rules..This is my personal advice for everyone.
